Pickup and collection
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Not at this stage. We’re currently pickup only.

Is pickup free?
Yes, store pickup is free of charge.
How will I know when my order is ready to collect?
Once your order is ready, we’ll send you an email with pickup instructions.
What do I need to bring for pickup?
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes. Just email us the collector’s name (and your order number) so we can note it on the order.

Can I organise my own courier to collect my order?
If you need special pickup arrangements, email us first and we’ll help coordinate the best approach.

Orders and payments
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. If you create an account, it’s easier to keep track of your order history.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Possibly, as long as it hasn’t been prepared for collection yet. Email us ASAP with your order number and what you want to change.

Can I add items to an existing order?
Sometimes. If your order hasn’t been finalised, we may be able to add items so you can collect everything together. Email us quickly and we’ll confirm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Payments via Debit or Credit Card. All options are presented at checkout.
Can I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Your order confirmation email acts as proof of purchase and includes your invoice details.
Products and stock
Are your products brand new?
Yes, products are brand new unless the listing clearly states otherwise.
Will I receive exactly what I see in the photos?
Photos are representative. Colours and small details can vary slightly between production runs. If you’re unsure about anything, email us before ordering.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Many items are restocked regularly. If something is sold out, email us and we’ll let you know if a restock is expected.
Can you help me choose the right product?
Yes. If you send us what you’re using it for, plus any key requirements (sizes, material, capacity, etc.), we’ll point you in the right direction.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
What items qualify for a return?
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How do I start a return?
Email us at brad@wholesalewarehouse.com.au with your order number and a quick note about what you’re returning.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Yes, certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom products (special orders or personalised items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us and we’ll confirm.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. The quickest way to receive the correct item is to return the original. Once your return is accepted, we’ll process an exchange and ship the replacement.
Note: We’re currently pickup only. If an exchange requires shipping, we’ll discuss the best option with you.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
My refund was approved, but I still haven’t received it. What now?
Banks and credit card providers can take extra time to process refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at brad@wholesalewarehouse.com.au.

What if I entered the wrong email or contact details?
Email us as soon as you can and we’ll update it on the order so you don’t miss any pickup notifications.
Can I get help if I’m buying for a business fit-out or project?
Yes. Send through what you need (products, quantities, timelines) and we’ll help you get it sorted.
