Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at brad@wholesalewarehouse.com.au. We will review the issue and work promptly to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the correct item is to return the original. Once your return is accepted, we’ll process an exchange and ship the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
